Sintered Mesh Filter Element

Material of Sintered Mesh Filter Element: SUS304, SUS316

Feature of Sintered Mesh Filter Element :
1. Filtration precision range:  from 1μ-100μ, have reliable filtration performance;
2. Stable filtration accuracy: because upper and lower layers do to protect the screen, its mesh filter layer is not easy deformation;
3. Good strength: because of the fourth and fifth layers do support, the pressure resistance and a high mechanical strength;
4. Easy to clean: because surface layer filter material is used, having the characteristics of easy to clean, especially for backwashing;
5. Temperature: can withstand the high temperature of 480 ℃;
6. Corrosion: because SUS316L and SUS304 material are used, the high corrosion resistance;
7. Easy processing: suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, drawing, welding and other processing conditions.
