How are my baskets made?
All baskets shown here will have a round rod frame and handles (either 1/4" diameter or 5/16" diameter rod, depending on basket size) which are formed on a computer controled bending machines. The frame parts are TIG welded together and the mesh lining is resistance welded into the frame. The entire basket is then completely deburred to remove any sharp edges and to blend the edges.
