Wire rack baking
1. Introduction: This is a wonderful kitchen product- Wire rack baking, is processed from crimped wire mesh with low carbon steel or stainless steel as material. The simple wire rack measure 14 inches long by 10 inches wide. It stands on ½ inch wire “feet”. It has a nice dark patina to it that has come from much use.
2. Advantages of the Wire rack baking: This king of wire cooking rack is easy to clean, strong and durable, it is a tool which cannot absent from the kitchen.
3. Suggestion: Cooking results are significantly affected by the position of the Wire rack baking as this determines how close the food is to the heating elements.
