Non-Stick Rib Rack can be used for multiple foods and cooking styles. Use one side to grill large roasts, whole chickens or even a turkey. The reverse side cooks ribs upright on the grill, allowing more grill space for the rest of the meal
Bbq rib rack
Non-stick coating makes final clean-up easy and keeps meat from sticking during cooking. Allows for even grilling of ribs / chicken legs and is angled for very easy basting. Ribs were juicy and the basting recipe stayed on the meat due to the angle of the ribs rather than down on the grilling surface.
