The necessary of bakery rack

After baking, your cookies, biscuits, bread and other desserts are required cooling before eating and storing. Here is what to do to ensure the best result from cooling after baking. Then the bakery rack or called as cooling rack is necessary. 

Firstly, you need to leave certain cookies or biscuits on the baking sheet or tray. If the cookies or biscuits have bee made using honey or syrup, they need to be left on the baking sheet/tray for a few minutes to cool before removing them. If left too long, they will need to be returned to the oven for a few minutes to soften again.

For all other cookies or biscuits, allow to cool only slightly. Using a wide palette knife that has good give, slide under the baked biscuits or cookies and transfer them to wire bakery racks (cooling racks) to finish the cooling.
