Fizzy Tea
Kombucha tea originated with the Manchurian culture and is both healthy and fun to drink. Start with some black tea placed in a tea ball and add plenty of natural sugar or honey. Boil the mixture until you have a nice, dark tea, and then leave the tea to cool. Remove the tea ball and add the kombucha cultures. Cover the container with cheesecloth and leave in a warm, dark place for five to 10 days. Strain off the culture and enjoy the fizzy tea.
Study Group
Help your study group improve their overall retention by offering something other than the typical cup of coffee. Research as shown that drinking black and green teas prevents memory loss and aids in memory retention. Enhance the tea a little more by adding some ginkgo biloba leaves for memory and either chamomile or lavender for stress relief, and you have a winning blend for your study group.
