Mother's Day Grilling Breakfast

Grilled Mexican Eggs Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6


•2 tbsp. butter
•1 cup Raley’s Fresh Pico de Gallo
•8 eggs
•3/4 tsp. each: garlic salt and Mrs. Dash Baja Citrus Seasoning
•1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
•Freshly ground pepper to taste


1. Place a square foil pan on a barbeque grill over medium heat. Add butter and cook until melted. Stir in pico de gallo and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. 2. Whisk together eggs and seasonings and add to pan. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes more or until eggs are set. Top with cheese and close lid; cook for a few minutes more to melt cheese. Serve with grilled avocados.

Baja Grilled Avocados

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 2 to 4 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6

Cut 1 large avocado into quarters and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and Mrs. Dash Baja Citrus Seasoning. Cook on a well oiled grill over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each cut side. Scoop out of skin and serve with eggs.

Tropical Citrus Juice Stir together 4 cups orange juice and 1/2 cup thawed, undiluted pina colada concentrate in a large pitcher. Pour into glasses and garnish with fruit slices or wedges.
