The natural sweetness of fruit and spices brewed with fresh, filtered water provides a sweet drink free of refined sugar - and the disadvantageous effects that come with it. Fine mesh infusers deliver the most flavor to your cup of tea without allowing loose tea pieces to ruin your drink. Tea Basket Infuser
Purchase a teapot with a glass, ceramic, plastic or metal tea basket that fits inside the pot. Look for a tea basket with a fine metal mesh covering all sides and the bottom of the basket area, as opposed to one with holes only at the bottom of the basket.
Pour loose leaf fruit tea into the tea basket according to the number of cups you wish to brew (about 1 tbsp. per cup of water).
Fill your tea pot or large travel cup with near-boiling water, and place the tea basket inside of the pot or cup. Allow the tea to steep for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove the tea basket from the pot or cup and enjoy.
