How to BBQ Fish
If you're looking for a tasty way to incorporate fish into your diet, look no further than your barbecue. Though you're probably used to grilling steaks, burgers and hotdogs, you may be a bit unsure of where to start when it comes to barbecued fish. But it's actually easy to cook up some delicious fish fillets as a healthy alternative at your next cookout.
Instructions
1 Chop garlic and parsley Into a large mixing bowl. Add orange juice, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil, ketchup, oregano, lemon juice and pepper. Mix the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
2 Cover the fish completely in the marinade for 30 minutes to an hour. Additional time will result in stronger flavor.
3 Pour oil onto a clean rag to grease the barbecue grill.
4 Preheat the grill at a medium setting.
5 Set the fish fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 8 minutes. Brush the fillets with any leftover sauce, turn them over and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
